About Elova.Life
A curated directory of premium supplement brands. Not a store. Not a review site.
What this is
Elova.Life is a curated directory of premium supplement brands. We are not a store and we are not a review site. We do not test products in a lab, score them, or rank them.
What we do is narrower: we read labels, check published third-party testing, compare doses against the research a formula cites, and keep a short list of brands worth your money.
Who runs this
Elova.Life is curated by Liping Tian.
I have been taking supplements for about ten years. For most of that time the problem was not that nothing worked - it was that I could never tell whether I had chosen well. The result was always ambiguous enough to blame on something: the dose, the form, the brand, or myself.
So I changed the order I did things in. Instead of starting with a product, I started with what my body actually needed, then looked for brands that could prove what was in the bottle, then matched the specific ingredient and dose to me. This site is that order, made public.
I am not a doctor, a dietitian, or a scientist, and nothing here is medical advice. I am someone who has spent ten years on the buyer's side of this market and now does the label-reading most people do not have time for.
Elova is the editorial voice across this site - the buyer's perspective in the guided flow and on each brand page. It is a house voice, not a separate person. The judgments behind it are mine.
How a brand gets listed
- Published third-party testing. NSF Certified for Sport, Informed Sport, USP, or the brand's own batch certificates, publicly available.
- Full dose disclosure. Every active ingredient labelled with its amount. Proprietary blends that hide the split do not qualify.
- Doses that match the research. An ingredient at a fraction of its studied amount is a marketing ingredient, not an active one.
- A real formulation rationale. The brand can explain why this formula, not just what is in it.
- Their own storefront. Brands that exist only as a marketplace listing do not make the list.
A brand comes off the list if its testing documentation disappears, if it quietly reformulates to lower doses, or if its marketing outruns its evidence.
What we do not do
- We do not run lab tests. We read the tests that brands and independent certifiers publish.
- We do not score or rank. No ratings, no numbers, no best-of tables.
- We do not accept copy from brands. Every page here is written by us.
How we make money
Affiliate commissions. If you buy through a link on this site, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
The standards above are what a brand is measured against.
